2018 Prices and Sale Dates

Tickets will be on sale to the general public starting Friday, December 15, at Midnight EST.

Prices are as follows:

  • $75 for a general full weekend pass

  • $100 for a VIP full weekend pass

  • $130 for a Premium full weekend pass

General weekend passes will increase in price to $90 starting July 1 and $100 starting September 14. Transfers will be available for $20/ticket if we sell out. Please review our Ticket Policy page for more information. The last day for ticket sales/transfers will be October 5, one week before the convention officially begins.


What is included at the VIP/Premium level?

VIP includes a swag bag and guaranteed panel seating. Premium includes a swag bag, convention t-shirt, priority panel seating, and guest room line-jumping privileges.

Will there be day passes?

We will make that decision based on weekend pass sales, and not until much later in 2018.

Why are general passes more expensive this year than last?

We are looking toward the convention’s future growth in general, but specifically, we do not have the luxury of a Kickstarter campaign to start us off with a large lump sum and extra funds which did not come from ticket sales. In order to move forward as an event we must ensure we have the budget to provide a standard that matches (and hopefully exceeds!) the previous year’s con. We are still dedicated to being not-for-profit; all the money we make will be used to make Beach City Con 2018 and beyond a quality experience for everyone involved.

Can I apply to be a vendor/volunteer/panelist?

Of course! Email us at vendors@beachcitycon.com / volunteers@beachcitycon.com / programming@beachcitycon.com to be notified when applications become available. Please note you must be 18 or older at the time of the convention to volunteer; additionally, panelists do not receive free passes to the convention.

How many tickets will be available?

We have secured more conference space at our venue and are able to offer 1000 passes for 2018.
